It operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of M/s Sutra–Marketing and Events LLP (“Sutra”) under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office located at Unit No 808C, Tower 1, Assotech Business Crestera, Sector 135, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 201301.
The promoter firm “Sutra” has been involved in providing Insurance Auxiliary services nationwide, including crop cutting experiments and rural below-the-line (BTL) activities. Additionally, it specializes in event management for corporate clients, including life insurers for student outreach programs aimed at insurance awareness, as well as other non-insurance sector corporate bodies.
